Safe payment rules

Version of 15 September 2026 · Preliminary version before the commercial launch of the service.

Safe payment protects both sides: the customer pays only for delivered cargo, and the carrier knows the money is already reserved.

1. Payment

  • After choosing a carrier the customer confirms card payment. The carriage amount and service fee are blocked on the card or held by the payment partner.
  • You have 30 minutes to pay. Otherwise the booking is released and the order is visible to carriers again.
  • The carrier sets off after the payment is confirmed, which is shown in the order.

2. When the carrier gets paid

  • After handover with photos and the recipient code the customer confirms delivery. If the customer neither confirms nor opens a dispute within 24 hours, the order completes automatically.
  • The amount minus commission goes to the carrier balance; payouts to a card are in Earnings.

3. Refunds

If an order is cancelled, the held amount is returned to the card minus carrier compensation where the Cancellation and refund rules provide for it. The timing depends on the card issuer.

4. Disputes

The amount is frozen during a dispute. The moderator splits it between the parties based on the review.

5. Companies

Verified companies can work on invoice with deferred payment within a credit limit, as described in the Terms for companies.
