Consent to personal data processing
Version of 15 September 2026 · Preliminary version before the commercial launch of the service.
By registering on the YukTap Platform I freely and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Data
Phone number, name, photo, VÖEN, verification documents, vehicle details, addresses and order details, chats, ratings, location during trips, device technical data.
2. Purposes
Registration and sign-in, creating and running orders, verifying participants, payments and accounting, notifications, support, dispute handling, fraud prevention.
3. Operations
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer to the other party of an order, the payment partner and infrastructure providers, anonymisation, deletion.
4. Cross-border transfer
I agree to my data being stored in European Union data centres of the Platform cloud infrastructure providers.
5. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until my account is deleted. I can withdraw it by deleting the account in my profile or by writing to Support. Data the Platform must keep by law is kept for the required period.
