Temperature-controlled transport
Perishable goods need a cold chamber. State the cargo type and the temperature you need in the order, and the carrier prepares the chamber before the trip.

Typical temperatures
- Frozen meat and fish: -18 degrees.
- Dairy and chilled meat: 0 to +4 degrees.
- Vegetables and fruit: +2 to +8 degrees depending on the type.
- Flowers and medicine: +5 to +15 degrees.
Preparing for loading
The chamber is cooled 30-60 minutes before loading. The goods must already be at the right temperature: a reefer holds the temperature but does not chill warm cargo.
Paperwork
Food may require veterinary documents and an e-qaimə. Attach copies in the order chat so the driver has them.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a vehicle for a small chilled load?
Yes, there is a small reefer up to 3 tons, convenient for city distribution.
How can the temperature be checked?
The driver takes photos at pickup and delivery, and a thermograph reading can be sent as a photo too.
Can mixed cargo travel together?
Goods with the same temperature regime can share a trip; different regimes need separate trips.
