Prohibited and restricted goods

Version of 15 September 2026 · Preliminary version before the commercial launch of the service.

The customer is responsible for the cargo being legal and correctly described. The carrier may refuse loading if the cargo does not match the order.

1. Prohibited

Narcotic and psychotropic substances, weapons and ammunition, explosives.
Counterfeit goods and goods of unlawful origin.
People and animals in the cargo space, except animals carried in specially equipped vehicles with documents.
Goods whose circulation is prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Dangerous goods (flammable, toxic, corrosive) where the carrier and vehicle are certified.
Perishable food and medicines with temperature control.
Oversized and heavy cargo with a transport permit.
Alcohol, tobacco and excise goods with accompanying documents.
Valuables, cash and documents with declared value by separate agreement.

Cargo must be packed to withstand normal carriage. Fragile cargo is marked in the order and a surcharge applies.

If prohibited cargo is found, the carrier cancels the order, the Platform blocks the customer account and may inform the competent authorities.
