How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the vehicle type, route length, travel time and extras: loaders, floors without a lift, extra stops, urgency and night hours. You see the final amount with the service fee as soon as the addresses are entered.
When do I pay?
After a carrier is selected, the card payment is confirmed within 30 minutes. The amount is held by the service and released to the carrier after delivery.
Who is responsible for the cargo?
The carrier. Their documents are verified, they photograph the cargo at pickup, and delivery is confirmed by the recipient code. If a dispute starts, support can see every step of the order.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. While the driver has not departed, cancellation is free and the payment is refunded in full.
Can I add loaders?
Yes, you choose the number of loaders in the order form. Their work is added to the price and shown as a separate line.
Do you provide documents for a company?
Every order has a PDF receipt. Verified companies pay by invoice, and the data for e-qaimə can be exported from the dashboard.
