Code of conduct

Version of 15 September 2026 · Preliminary version before the commercial launch of the service.

YukTap works as long as participants can trust each other. These rules protect customers, carriers and the platform.

1. Prohibited

  • Arranging payment outside the Platform for orders found on it, or suggesting it to the other party.
  • Fake orders, offers and reviews, multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
  • Uploading someone else or forged documents.
  • Insults, threats, discrimination, sharing other people personal data.
  • Demanding payment above the agreed price without the customer consent.

2. Sanctions

Warning, lower reliability, restricted access to orders, account block. Where there are signs of a crime the Platform informs the competent authorities.

3. How to report

Tap Have a problem? in the order or write to Support. We do not disclose who reported a violation.
