Terms for carriers

1. Requirements

• Independent carrier: ID card, driver license of the right category, VÖEN certificate (sole proprietor), selfie with the document.
• Vehicle: registration certificate, valid insurance, technical inspection where required.
• Trucking company: VÖEN certificate and charter. Company drivers are added to the team with the driver role.

2. Accepting orders

• Instant orders are taken at the published price. In offers mode the carrier names a price and arrival time.
• By taking an order the carrier confirms the vehicle suits the payload and body type.

3. Performance

• Set off after payment is confirmed, mark each step in the app, photograph the cargo at loading and handover, get the recipient code at handover.
• Keep the app open during the trip so location is shared.
• Reply to the customer in the order chat and report delays.
• Issue the electronic waybill (e-qaimə) where required; the data is in the order.

4. Commission and payouts

• Platform commission: 5% of the carriage price, at least 1 ₼. Companies may have individual terms.
• Payouts reach the balance after the order completes; withdrawals to a card are in Earnings. Carriers pay taxes on their income themselves.

5. Reliability and sanctions

• The profile counts completed orders, on-time delivery, cancellations, no-shows and lost disputes.
• For low reliability, forged documents or fraud the Platform may restrict access to orders or block the account.

6. Liability

The carrier is responsible for the cargo from loading until handover to the recipient under the law and may be required to compensate damage by a dispute decision.
