Account and data deletion

1. How to delete

• In the app: Profile, then Delete account.
• On the website: Account, Delete account section.
• If you have lost access to your phone, write to Support; we will verify ownership and delete the account manually.

2. What blocks deletion

Orders in progress, open disputes, money on your balance (withdraw it first), being a company owner (transfer ownership or close the company first).

3. What is deleted

Name, phone, photo, about section, VÖEN, verification documents, push tokens, location, notifications. Open searches are cancelled, offers withdrawn, vehicles and routes hidden.

4. What is kept

Orders and payments in anonymised form for the period required by tax law. Reviews stay without the author name. Registering again with the same number creates a new account without history.
