Terms for companies

1. Company account

• The owner creates the company, confirms the authority to act for it and uploads the VÖEN certificate.
• The owner and admins add employees and assign roles: admin, dispatcher, manager, accountant, driver. The company is responsible for employee actions within their roles and for removing former employees on time.

2. Invoice payment

• A verified company may get a credit limit. Orders within the limit are paid by invoice within the term shown in the account.
• In case of late payment the Platform may suspend invoice payment until the debt is settled.

3. Documents

Invoices and acts are generated in the account. Electronic waybill (e-qaimə) data is exported per order.

4. ERP/CRM modules

• The Fleet, Clients and deals, Finance and documents, Warehouse and planning modules are enabled in the company account. Price and subscription period are shown before enabling.
• When a subscription ends the module data is kept and editing is paused until renewal.

5. Company data

Data entered into modules belongs to the company. On the owner request we export or delete it, except what we must keep by law.
